"Cute styles, but kinda pricey"
I really like the designs, they’re super cute and easy to wear. Some of the stuff feels a bit overpriced tho, but overall I still like browsing and finding pieces I acctually want.

"Really nice quality, honestly"
I ordered a denim jacket and a couple of shirts from Guess, and I can’t say I wasn’t impressed. The jacket feels sturdy, not thin or cheap, and the stitching looks clean too. I washed the shirts and they didn’t lose their shape or anything. Overall, I’m happy with what I got

"Return was easier than most"
I had to swap out a pair of jeans the return process was smooth compared to a lot of places I’ve dealt with. The exchange happened quickly, but the refund did take a few days to show up.

"Refund was quicker than expected"
I’ll give them credit, the return process ended up being a lot smoother than I expected. I was bracing myself for the refund to take forever. The only annoying part was having to send the item back in the first place, which is never fun, but once I did, the refund came through fast with no hassle. Customer service was decent too, so overall I’m happy with how it all worked out

"Worth it when the promos hit"
I usually only shop on guess.com when they’ve got a promo code or some kind of extra sale going on. Full price feels a little steep to me, so I’m picky about when I buy. That said, the deals can be genuinely good when the timing is right. I ended up getting a jacket for less than what I saw in-store, and checkout was smooth. Shipping was a bit slower than I wanted, which was annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d say it’s a good place to check if there’s a solid discount running

"Really easy shopping experience"

"As someone who gets weirdly annoyed when online..."
As someone who gets weirdly annoyed when online orders show up wrong, I was relieved that my Guess order came exactly as expected. I ordered a couple shirts and a pair of jeans, and the sizes, colors, and items all matched what I picked.
Nothing was missing, there were no random substitutions, and the package arrived in good shape. It was a simple, hassle-free order, which is pretty much all I’m looking for when shopping online. I’d order from them again...

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
my order got here faster than I was expecting and the tracking updated decently along the way so I always had a rough idea of where it was, but I’m giving it 4 stars because the box looked a little beat up when it arrived even though everything inside was fine.
